About/CV
I am currently a Senior Scientist and Head of Department at the Dasman Diabetes Institute (Kuwait). I am also a tenured INSERM Researcher (CRCN) at the Immunity and Metabolism of Diabetes (IMMEDIAB) team (Paris, France).
My projects investigate the mechanisms by the immune system influences or adapts to the changes associated with diabetes. Our goal is to discover novel therapeutic targets to influence disease progression.
